1) No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Returns may be subject to: non-refundable shipping fees. Re-stocking fee
up to 20% may
apply to returned items that are not defective.
2) All claims of shortages and/or damages must be made within 3
business days after merchandise is received.
3) Items that are initially defective will be replaced (if product is
still available), or credited at the sole discretion of AMradios.com.
Shipping charges for a replaced defective unit will be at the expense
of AMradios.com.
4) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5) All returned merchandise must have be authorized by AMRadios.com. Returns without
authorization will not be accepted! Customer must ship within 7 days
after item has been received. Please call (954-434-7758)
6) Retain all original packing materials in the event that return of
merchandise is necessary. Returned products must be received in its
original packaging and in original condition or a fee may apply.
7) When calling (954-434-7758) -or- sending e-mail to our customer service department
(sales@amradios.com), please
provide the following information: your order number,
description of the item you wish to return, the reason for
return/exchange, your full name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address.
8) The customer is responsible for properly
insuring the package. AMradios.com can not be held responsible for items lost or
damaged in route to us.
9) Be certain that the returned item is complete, including warranty
cards, manuals, etc. If any items are missing, warranty card is
written on, or if the package is damaged in any way, the customer may be
assessed a restocking fee and we reserve the right to
not accept an item for return if it is not in the original condition.
10) At times defective material must be returned to the respective
manufacturer for repair or replacement as directed by the respective
manufacturers' warranty.
11) Returns and/or Refunds on Used, Open Box,
and Closeout Items will be the sole discretion of
AMradios.com.
